The purpose of living is to stay happy all the time. Happiness in life can be derived from so many things It is impossible to be happy if you are sick. The next important type of food to include in one’s diet includes vegetables and fruits. The usefulness of this type of foods is protecting the body against diseases. It also furnishes the body with vitamins. This category of food gives one a healthy skin so that rashes, cracking of the skin and even skin breakage are at not experienced in one’s life. People are required to take fruits every time they have a meal. These meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is also required that people should take fruits before meals or thirty minutes after meal.

Last but not least is taking a lot of water. The biggest part of your body is made of fluids. The body excretes fluids through a number of activities. Take for example when they visit the toilet or sweat. For most activities to take place in the body, fluids must be considered. What must you do then to make sure your body is supplied with water all the time? On a daily basis, ensure that you take up to eight glasses of water. Freshly made drinks are also encouraged.
